Soursop Juice

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe soursop (guanabana)
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 quart water

 

Directions

  1. Wash the soursop thoroughly and peel it carefully. Place the peeled fruit in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add water and gently squeeze the fruit to extract juice, ensuring all seeds are removed.
  3. Pour the mixture into a blender and puree until smooth. Strain with a fine strainer to remove solids.
  4. Return strained juice to the bowl and stir in condensed milk, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Adjust with water if needed.
  5. Serve chilled or over ice for a refreshing drink.

Tips and Tricks

For a dairy-free version, substitute condensed milk with sweetened coconut milk.

Adjust sweetness by adding sugar or honey if desired.
