Jamaican Jerk Pork

Jerk Pork is a Jamaican favorite made by seasoning pork with jerk spices, boiling it until nearly tender, then finishing on a hot grill for smoky, spicy, authentic flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 lb pork, cut into pieces
- 3 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Boil pork until about ¾ cooked, then remove and let cool.
- Season with jerk seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Marinate for a few hours or overnight.
- Preheat grill over hot coals.
- Grill 40–45 minutes, turning frequently, until cooked through and charred.
