If a download does not work, try these steps first. Most issues come from a browser setting, a blocked pop up, or a file being saved to a different folder than expected.
On desktop, right click the download link and choose Save link as. On mobile, press and hold the link and choose Download link. If nothing happens, try a different browser.
If your device opens the image instead of saving it, use the Download link under the preview.
For the best result, use a print shop and choose matte or satin paper. If you print at home, turn off any setting that says Fit to page or Auto crop.
If you see blur, the print size is likely too large for the file. Use a smaller size or switch to a higher resolution file.
